KatMouse configures some of your mouse settings and adds some new features to its central scrollwheel, thus adding extra functionality to your mouse.

The main aims of this tool are to give mice a universal functionality, and to allow them to perform some specially determined tasks.

Some of the tasks that you can apply to your mouse are to minimize active windows, and raise or lower the active windows depending on how many times you click.
